[Dgwebminmodule-users] Webmin Module 0.5.9-1 released

I made a mistake when fixing the edit.cgi problem. My brain had two thought
processes going on how to fix it. I forgot to reverse changes made when trying
the first option, and as a result caused the DG config dir to be prefixed to
all full path names when editing files. 

I've released 0.5.9-1 which fixes this. I'm sorry about all the hassle this
has caused. Just deduct it from my pay ;)
