[Dgwebminmodule-users] 0.4.1 is Devel version!!!!!

I forgot to mention that 0.4.1 is a Devel version. Try it out, tell me 
what you think. I'll be adding a few more features and changing some 
other stuff around. I'll probably have two or three more releases and a 
good test period before I deem it stable....
