I'm stupid. I put the binary_file checking code ABOVE the page header 
information. So if your config was brandy new, or the binary was 
moved/deleted, then you would get a "Error Bad Header" message when 
launching the webmin module. I've fixed that. So with that, here is 
version 0.3.7a, released as the latest Devel version.

If there are any other bugs that anyone has found, please let me know. 
Preferrably if you could submit them by the sourceforge project page, 
that would be great. That way everyone can see the bug and what it's 
fixing status is. To do this, go to the project page, and scroll down to 
the "Tracker" section. Click on Bugs. Then click on "Submit New"
