#157 linux: missing "lid control"

On Linux cli, gtk and gtk-glade interfaces, there is no support for the "close the DS" control.
According the wiki FAQ it should be mapped to backspace

but actually the "lid control" is not supported at all.

Please find attached a simple patch that enable the "lid control" for all 3 Linux interfaces.

Isn't it supposed to work on Windows?

If Windows doesn't require doing so many modifications, can we also minimize the modifications to the Linux ports in order to support Lid control?
