#1675 background
everywhere online i see that fact that everyone has a black background when being in full screen mine is white and if i change the screen size at all it just glitches and a still imiage from when i chaged screens is stuck as the same size as what the screen was so if i make the screen smaller theres a boarder of a still image from the game i really want to know how to change the backgound to some other softer color that not white is very damaging on the eyes it make me start having a head ach but i like a lot of the features in desume but if i cant change that im out ill use another

use a newer version, or change config > display method.
i have done both but this version allows me to change screen size depending on what screen i want to use

stop using savestates. save in-game frequently, close the emulator, open it again, and load from your save file

Then your computer is defective. Fix your GPU drivers, or don't use opengl.
for that one i had the same problem but if you go to view-> screen gap-> and set it to black then the remainder of the screen goes black
the screen goes black? That doesnt sound good. Are you telling us what fixes something or what breaks something?
so when i change the screen sizes and glitch the video to the background and is stuck there till i open it back up the other is the black background only works once i change the display method to direct 3d then change it back to the directdraw HW in order for it to work

so leave the display method on whichever setting works
well if i swap it and swap it back it stops fixes the black background problem i was having i figured that but that doesnt stop it from glitching the background when changing screen sizes which is annoying if iha ve to do it in game because after ill have to save close and reopen so i dont have this mess of still images in the background

Leave the display method on the one you switch it to to fix it. Why bother changing it?
Also we don't make desmume x432r so I don't know anything about it.
