Hello. I've encountered a really annoying problem within my pokemon white desmume emulator. I was about to battle a random pokemon trainer and then my screen goes half white half blue. Panicked, I save the state and then load that state to see if it resolved the issue. It stayed the same and then I panicked even more. I have no clue how i fix this glitch. It seems that the game is fine, but my desmume settings are messed up and causing the emulator to look like the mess it is. The attached file is how my emulator appears only when I load that state in that game. I have no backups. Please help me with this issue.

There is no "load save" on my in game start menu. Can I just fix the problem by correcting some emulator settings. p.s. i can still hear the background musicic so it is a screen glitch most likely caused by some messed up setttings
if you think its messed up settings, then remove your .ini file and find out
I've never been able to figure out how someone starts a pokemon game without the in-game start menu having a save file in it. Never been able to get a straight story out of anyone.

i have a problem with my load state when i wanna reload a state the screen become full black but i can hear the sound and i can see my pokemon squad but i can't see anything
quick! save in-game, restart the emulator, and load your save

I have a problem, i started a file on my storm silver. I turned off desmume and i went back on it and when i try to open the rom the screen just stays white. Like nothing happened. I didnt do a save state at any part. Can someone please help me
Delete your ini file. Delete the cheats or hacks you were using. Stop using hacked/broken roms.

Can someone help me out? recently I was changing some settings on desmume for Pokemon Diamond, and just when I thought I succeded on having a good setting,something went wrong. I re opened my game and now it's in a huge screen,you can't see the bottom screen at all but only half of the top screen. I want to play the game vertically but only a black page appears when I try to change the setting,when I change my setting to horizontal both of the screens do show up but not the entire screen's.is there a way I can fix this?

Can some help me out. I was playing Pokemon Heartgold and when I left the Bell Tower, the bottom half of my emulator's screen went black. Luckily, I made save state, but when I reload my game, the problem is still there. When i try to enter a house or Pokemon Centre. the sound of my game works, but no image appears at all in the emulator. Then, I return back to that save stat and try to go to my menu by using the key asigned to that function, but it freezes my game in place. What could I do to solve the problem?????? Thanks
Save in-game, any way you can, and quit using savestates. Make plenty of backups, now, and in the future

I cannot save in game. It freezes my game when I try to acces the menu and move around the selections.

My last save in game is way back.
Too bad. That's all you can do. It's possible (slim odds) that you can get to the menu if you enter other scenes or locations, but it's more likely those will crash also.
So i saved my game in Soul Silver through the emulator, but when i reloaded it it had the top half as just black, it wont load any saves i do through the game,

save in-game, close the emulator, and load from your save file. Don't use savestates. And make sure you're using the latest version of the emulator
ummm i got out of a trainer battle then all of the sudden my top screen went black but will only show things on the top screen when there is a text appearining or if im in a menu of some sort how do i fix this
