delete your ini file or try config > display method

Without any additional information about what's going on with the crash, this issue is impossible to troubleshoot. Since the original poster (via an anonymous post) seems to have acknowledged that they have resolved their own issue (was it deleting the .ini file? Or changing their display method? Or performing some other mystery method?), I think it's safe to close out this one.
Closing, due to the user abandoning this issue. All other issues after the original issue are irrelevant.

I've tried both deleting the ini file and fixing the config file and neither work. Is there any other suggestions?

But i don't know when i try to open roms nothing happens??????

It is still a black screen.
However when i try it on win 7 (through VirtualBox), it works @@
But i can't do it on win 10.
