I played YuGiOh WCS 2010, and it worked fine until i closed desmume later on after 4 hours then i reopend it and it dident work i kinda fixed it BUT all my saves was gone, then i got it so that the cheats where back but it had a whitescreen and i couldent Un-pause it please help ?

This issue comes from the fact that you are running the emulator without properly extracting the ZIP file it came in.

Extract the emulator to a normal directory and things will work.
