use G.I. Joe to test and you see that FPS is 60 but the frame changes very slowly and very unresponsive to pressing A button.
Please check and compare to r3500.

I revert out r3508 changes in thumb_instruction.cpp and speed is back and very responsive. You can use G.I.. Joe long intro dialogue to test - very obvious.

with r3510, it get back about 25% of its lost speed and responsiveness. Frame / sprite changes is slow and the text from G.I Joe does not appear as fast typing but instant appear after lag.

compare to r3500 and you will know what I mean for G.I. Joe.

still has to revert out r3508 changes to get back speed and responsiveness.
Just for the record, responsiveness has improved by about 25% for Indiana (using stylus) and Harry Potter & half blood Prince (using stylus) by reverting reverting out r3508 changes from r3510.

without r3508, it works very well but loading savestate from previous svn causes clicking position to be shifted wrongly.

using r3511(minus r3508), loading savestate from previous svn is working (clicking position is correct).
    Thanks zeromus.
