#150 [Feature request] Turn off sprite collisions

In the C64, would it be possible to have the option to turn on/off the sprite/sprite and sprite/character collisions? Thanks for a great emulator!

Cheating in games is the main reason. Also for debugging later levels in games so you can go straight to the desired level without having to work you way through every time. Other emulators have this option with the VIC-II settings. If Denise would have it too, then I could completely get rid of that other emulator. Denise is just the best, but this option is still missing. Thank you.
