I have noticed that the setting InitialBDelay affects this quite a lot, by changing the value from the DScaler default of 114 to 112 the rolling bars disappear almost completely. See the FAQ for the macrovision thing and report if this looks like what you see. The not so bad fix for this has been to tweak one of the BDelays parameters (thus the parameter in the ini file).

Laurent just told us that he played with that and his best settings changed. Luma has to be decreased on increased by 10 or 12. Is this changing the luma boundary ? (modifies the whitest white we can get as well as the blackest black) ??
My (not even worth) 2 cents
