There are _no_ issues with controls using latest cvs sources. All comboboxes
are fine. I have mixed some older and newer files. My apologize for the
mistake.

One new issue is in "Channel Setup" using Format "Same as Tuner" (was my
default before) changes to anything other now but not to Pal as it should. I
have to set manually for every channel to Pal(B) in my case. I'll take a
closer look on eVideoFormat why that happens.
