- Bug fixed so that recording at full height actually saves the entire
   frame instead of just half of it (TimeShift.cpp)
- Bug fixed with the RGB recording format so that the order that the
   scanlines are saved in is correct (TimeShift.cpp)
- The recording format is saved to the INI file (TimeShift.cpp,
   TimeShift.h)
- The currently selected video codec will be selected by default when
   you open the dialog to choose one (TimeShift.cpp)
