Ah, that is good as well.

I have done some more testing, the freezing happened once right after 
starting recording and once when trying to stop but never inbetween. When 
the freezing happens, DScaler stops responding and the disk is really busy, 
much busier than when recording normally.

When trying to record full-height only the top half is recorded.
