[Deinterlace-discuss] Partial support for MSI TV@nywhere Master

Adds support to MSI TV@nywhere Master (tuning etc).
Sound don't work (Radio don't work yet too, both of them)
Replaced files MT2050.h and MT2050.cpp (tested by me with PAL/SECAM sources,
NTSC untested)
Corrected setting bit 26 in 2H Comb register for PAL
BGDKHI (there was color artefacts on high detailed areas
in PAL D/K mode, e.g. EIA-1956 gives only 260 TVL in
horizontal dimension).
