Summary: channel scan doesn't work

Initial Comment:
I have an ASUS TV FM card. The program (DScaler 
4.18) looks to be wroking: there is noisy picture and 
sound, but when i try to scan for channels, it only finds 
a few channels and those are very noisy too. (CABLE!) I 
tried various setups for the scan, even tried manually 
setting the proper freqencies, but no result. (example: 
National Geographic is 615.25 Mhz here, but when i set 
this freq. i only see and hear noise) It looks like the card 
wasn't on the freq. i set. (the card works with other 
program)
