[Deinterlace-discuss] Periodical lockup

I use dScaler 4.1.8 and experience periodical lockups of the picture.
I have a PCI tuner card ( Hauppauge , bt878, philips PAL )
When watching a TV channel, about  every    20 seconds the picture
gets frozen for a part of second ( 600 ms, I would guess ) and then
it goes on, until the next freeze.
This did not happen with 4.1.7

Does anyone else noticed this ?

OS is win2000pro-sp4.
