[Deinterlace-discuss] Posibel gpl violation?

It looks like leadtek has included the direct show deinterlace filter in
the latest driver package.

The file is named wfdif.ax but it is not registered by default and i
dont think it is used in their program.

The version strings in the file says "Copyright (C) 2001-2003. Leadtek
Research Inc." but if i open the file with reshack and take a look at
the dialog boxes i find one of the dialog boxes that is in our direct
show filter.

The text DScaler can be found in the dialog box.

It looks like they have disabled the property page for the filter
without removing the dialogbox resource.
