Extension of the aspect ratio code to make the source image move inside
the surface of the display screen.

The aim is for crt projector users not to use all the time the same part
of the guns, especially when you're watching a tv station with a logo
that doesn't move an inch all day long.

I've never used it despite using a crt projector. Not watching tv
though, only movie channels with no logos (anyway, they're cut by the
aspect ratio being "wide").
