It was already at 1. I changed it to 0 and it helped a little bit. I lower resolutions and with a 2:2 Pulldown filter I get 0 DF/S, but the picture still "jumps" about every second, like if a few frames were missing. When the Greedy mode is in use and in higher resolution ( 1024x768x24 ) then I still get 25 DF/S :-( P.S.: Remember when I complained about low vertical resolution ? It turns out it is the scaling of my shitty gfx card. When I use a window on a 800x600 screen , then the picture look like 640x240 ( stretched to full height ), but when I switch to full screen , then it looks ( more or less ) OK. That is why I was asking for a direct ( non-overlay ) mode.
