25% of my TV channels  : 0 is OK, no borders visible
half of the rest       : small black border on left
other half of the rest : noticable border on left and a little bit on right, overscan
 must be set to 13 to hide both

I also noticed that small changes to the overscan value make no difference
at all ( at least I didn't see any )
values 0-6 make no difference on the left side of the screen, while
a change from 6 to 7 is makes a few pixels "jump"

values 0-2 make no difference on right side of the picture
