Hello I just created a new mailing list to facilitate public discussions on Déductions project. I will not send anymore news on Déductions project directly to you, so if you are interested please subscribe at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/deductions-user Reminder: The Déductions project ( http://deductions.sourceforge.net/ ) aims at using Artificial Intelligence techniques for general software development tasks. Currently we have rules in N3 language to generate simple Create-Update applications for Java Swing platform from OWL models. The Déductions project is strongly connected to the EulerGUI Integrated Development Environment ( http://eulergui.sourceforge.net/ ). The difference is that Déductions provides the rules and models, and EulerGUI allows one to develop and run these rules. Latest news Nothing new on the features of the Application generator. The focus recently has been on 2 new model sources: - XMI (UML) to N3 translator - UML model to OWL model conversion rules ( http://deductions.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/deductions/n3/uml_owl-rules.n3 ) - RDFS to OWL conversion rules (http://deductions.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/deductions/n3/rdfs_owl-rules.n3) This week-end two enabling features were added to EulerGUI (in file menu) : - add post-processing project: this opens the possibility to have pipelines of N3 rules; this opens a lot of use cases; just say that having several layers of intermediary data in the same run complicates the design of the rules; currently used for the case of UML and RDFS models generating GUI's. - add imported projects : this allows to show in the source panel only the project specific documents, hiding in the imported project(s) a lot of documents that are just part of the Déductions framework The documentation will soon be updated, and release 1.1 of EulerGUI will follow.
