It would be nice to have a way to obtain screen size. It would be useful for placing dialog boxes in the center of the screen instead of in the upper left corner. It would also be useful for adjusting the position of my pop-up menus to prevent them form popping up (partially) off screen.

I just added this functionality into the base_window class via the get_display_size() function. The changes are now in subversion. Use the command "svn co https://dclib.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/dclib" to check them out.

I ditched the davis.sytes.net server since it looks like it will be down for a while.
