O365Interactive: Pop-up only displaying wallpaper for MFA

Hi,
I've run into an odd behavior, and trying to figure out why it's happening. While using O365 that needs to go through Okta for autherntication, when I attempt to log into my email with Thunderbird via Davmail, I get a blank pop up. I'm using O365Interactive, and when it requests for my Okta credentails, I just see the wallpaper, and nowhere to enter my username and password, see image . I'm running it on Debian 10, and I don't have any issues logging into the webmail via Okta on firefox.
davmail.log isn't showing any errors until I kill the window, in which case I see an authentication failure as expected.
Any suggestions?
I managed to reproduce this only once... it seems that a workaround is to right click on page and select reload.
