Hi,

I was using DavMail in server mode for a long time to access a shared group calender. Now I when I try to also access my personal calendar (from the same Exchange server), no events are shown and the calendar stays completely blank. There are events when I look at the calendar through OWA.

The setup of my personal calendar is basically the same as for the shared group calendar and I cannot spot any - for me - obvious problems in the log with log level DEBUG for log4j.logger.davmail and log4j.rootLogger. When I install the calendar or when I start Thunderbird I can see in the log, that several events are in fact downloaded downloaded.

The only obvious difference between the shared calendar and my account is, that the shared calendar has en email address <username>@<domain>, while the personal account has a local-part of the email address which is different from my username.</domain></username>

The Thunderbird version used is 68.4.1 on CentOS 7.7.

I'm not sure if this is some local problem of Thunderbird or a DavMail problem. Maybe you have an idea on how to debug this further?

Thank you very much in advance
Frank

    Could be related to a broken event that breaks Thunderbird sync.
    => check Thunderbird console for errors
    => check davmail.log for errors

    See http://davmail.sourceforge.net/faq.html for more details.

    I didn't have the chance to deal with this specific issue any more and I can't currently reproduce it any more. Other problems have popped up instead (I'll post them). I suggest to close this ticket (I would close it myself, but I don't know how)
