And for me it stopped working this morning around 6 am PST.

I've stopped davmail, changed server from true to false,
mode from 0365Modern to O365Interactive, all log4j entries
from INFO to DEBUG, restarted davmail, got the davmail
window with log sub-panel showing "Starting DavMail Gateway"
and then nothing, it just sits there, no logged packets
whatsoever.

Nothing should have changed in the machine at that time.
