The fix suggested by Kaustav will just force iCal sync by change the 
ctag value on the calendar,
but you seem to have another issue, you can try to:
- download full calendar content at 
/users/use...@co.../calendar/ in a web browser
and look for your missing events
- find iCal cache under Library/Calendars and grep for your missing events
