#90 Make "personal" LDAP address book path configurable

I suggest making the path of the one address book being exposed via LDAP in src/java/davmail/ldap/LdapConnection.java:contactFind() (session.searchContacts(...)) configurable via davmail.properties. If done so, alternative personal and even public folders can be exposed at will. In my case I attempt to expose a public contacts folder for PBX integration.
