#132 Move cursor to URL input on hitting "open" in authenticator dialogue

When the "Open" target in the GUI dialogue for entering Office-365 credential request response is activated, it would be wonderful it the GUI moved the active target in the GUI to the URL entry before opening the challenge-response URL in the user's browser. That way one can complete the full interaction with no need to use the mouse:

Ctrl-L   (Go to the web browser URL window)
Ctrl-C   (Copy the response URL)
Alt-Tab  (Go back to the DavMail authentication GUI)
Ctrl-V   (Paste in the response URL)
<Return> (Submit URL and close DavMail GUI)
