#127 Davmail does not delete a local version of a deleted public folder

When the public version of an exchange public folder is deleted, the locally stored version of that public folder remains, and when thunderbird tries to open the deleted public folder which remains in the list of folders displayed by thunderbird, the message "folder not found" is displayed. I suppose here that thunderbird/davmail tries to open the public folder (not the local version of this folder).

It would be a great thing if the folder delete command of thunderbird could delete a public folder in the list displayed by thunderbird even if it is not found in the public list of folders, with the effect to delete the local version of the public folder.
