#736 Unable to parse BackOffMilliseconds For input

Office365 (corporate account) appears to be returning a backoff time in a format that DavMail can't parse. I'm getting this a lot, since once it says to backoff, DavMail, not parsing it, defaults to 60 seconds. And then gets this repeatedly until it switches to "All network interfaces down".
