#734 Duplicated mails using Davmail+POP3 for O365 exchange emails

I switched to Davmail about two months ago in order to continue using thunderbird with my O365+2FA work email. I initially used IMAP, but the slow loading speed makes it quite painful to manage my emails, so I switched to POP3 about two weeks ago, reading has been a lot more responsive.

However, one big issue I am facing is that thunderbird insisits on downloading duplicated messages when using POP3. I removed them using the remove duplicate feature, but next refresh, it starts download those again. Some messages have 3 to 5 duplicates, and there is no sign to stop.

I googled and found in thunderbird support site that this could be caused by corrputed "popstate.dat" file, so I followed the instruction and deleted this file, after it rebuilds this file, it still does not stop duplicates from being downloaded.

I am wondering if this is a known issue for davmail? any workaround?
