#558 Screenshot in guide with non-default LDAP port

The setup guide for Thunderbird Directory services (http://davmail.sourceforge.net/thunderbirddirectorysetup.html) doesn't very clearly communicate on what port the DavMail LDAP service listens by default.

The screenshot in the guide shows port 389, where the default also for the new release 4.4.1 is 1389 (see attached screenshot, from a first run without .davmail.properties).

This caused me some headache before I found the issue ;).

Not really a bug, but fixed anyway

Thansks for the fix, software bug or not. Hope improved docs will ease setup for someone.

Also, thanks for providing davmail, It's really useful.
