Hello Tim,

I have fixed the MOVE-bug and also added a check for length 0 to work 
around the SVN-bug. The changes are in our CVS-Repository.

Before doing a new release, I would be thankful for any testing. As I 
don't have write access to a SVN-server, testing with SVN is much needed.

I could not find this patch on the Apache mailing lists. As I sent a 
patch for this too, I would be very interested. Could you give me a 
hint, where to find it?
