If a dar archive is created on a system using dar 2.3.8 and then you try to open it using DarGUI on a system using dar 2.2.5 it is not possible to open the archive. It is still possible to list the archive from the commandline but dar asks for confirmation before doing so.

This happens because dar warns you that the archive was created using a newer version and asks if you want to continue. I hope to fix this for the next release.
