Hi, I have a really strange problem with my dar script: >---- #!/bin/bash DIR="/mnt/daten/backupdisk" FILE=${DIR}/all-`/bin/date +%F_%R` /usr/sbin/tmpwatch 720 ${DIR} cd ${DIR} /usr/bin/dar -v -z -m 256 -D -R / -c ${FILE} \ -Z "*.gz" -Z "*.bz2" -Z "*.zip" -Z "*.png" -Z "*.jpg" \ -Z "*.mpeg" -Z "*.mpg" -Z "*.mov" -Z "*.avi" \ -P tmp -P mnt -P dev -P proc -P sys -P var/tmp -P usr/src \ -P var/cache/squid -P diotoo/files/.recycle \ -P usr/portage/distfiles \ >---- When I start it from the command line it runs fine and produces a dar archive of about 8.5GB, but when it's started by cron: >---- 5 0 * * * /root/bin/dar-all >---- it runs for only about 30 minutes, the archive is about 2.5GB and it's broken. Any ideas? serv5 backupdisk # dar -t all-2006-07-28_00\:05 FATAL error, aborting operation Badly formated terminator, cannot extract catalogue location -- http://tam.belchenstuermer.de/ |
