About
-----
The Mailbox Backup project is a set of utilities to backup mailboxes and view
them:
* IMap Packer: Tool to download the mailboxes
* MBox Viewer: Tool to view downloaded mailboxes
* EML Viewer: Tool to view eml files
WARNING:
- For now, the downloader cannot resume. You must let it download the entire
mailbox.
- Mailbox backups are saved as .zmb files. These are actually zip files,
using your folder structure and and each email as an .eml file. However
this does not mean you can / should open any .zip file with the tools.
- There are no password options (yet)
- If you specify a backup file ending with .7z, a .7z file will generated.
However, you cannot use those with the viewer.
