  MailBox Backup is a set of utilities to backup mailboxes and view them:

   * IMAP Downloader/Packer (IMapPack): Tool to download mailboxes (create
     backups)
   * IMAP Server for mailbox backups (IMapSrv): Allowes you to serve mailbox
     backups to other mail clients (Readonly / limited functionality).
   * Mailbox backup Viewer (MBoxView): Tool to view mailbox backups
   * EML Viewer (EMLView): Optional tool to view eml files
   * SMTP dev test server (SmtpTest): Optional tool to intercept mails, e.g. for
     php development
   
  WARNING:
   - For now, the downloader cannot resume. You must let it download the entire
     mailbox. Once starting "mailbox stage", when encountering a network / imap
     related issue, it will reconnect and retry... forever / until you break.
   - Mailbox backups are saved as .zmb files. These are actually zip files,
     using your folder structure and and each email as an .eml file. However
     this does not mean you can / should open any .zip file with the tools.
   - If you specify a backup file ending with .zip, a .zip file, the extension
     .zmb will not be added.
   - If you specify a backup file ending with .7z, a .7z file will generated.
     However, you cannot use those with the viewer.
   - There are no password options for the backup files (yet)
   - The EML Viewer uses the same codebase as the MailBox Viewer. If you have
     issues with a mail in the MailBox Viewer, you will have the same issue with
     the EML viewer.

Requirements
------------

  The utilities aim to be compatible with older Windows versions, but are
  currently actively tested on Windows 11 only. Let me known if there are issues
  with older Windows Versions.
