#126 Return column aliases in original case

For the following SQL query, java.sql.ResultSetMetaData.getColumnName(int) reports column aliases in upper case ("COL1" and "COL2"):

select Name as Col1, Job as Col2 from sample5

Change this so that column aliases are reported in original case, as used in SQL statement.

This has already been fixed for SQL queries with only column names and no column aliases in Bug 125.
