#3 VCARD Output format

When browsing the internet for a conversion tool of csv files into vcards, I stumbled across csv2vcard which almost meets my needs. I'd like to use this tool together with SyncEvolution (http://www.estamos.de/projects/SyncML/) to synchronise Excel contact lists with my mobile.

However, the two tools are not fully compatible:
a) csc2cards adds a separator to the "Business City" value when converting (comma for ADR;WORK and semicolon for LABEL;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE;WORK)
b) csv2vcard inserts a space between the VCARD ID and the value
Syncevolution would interpret the extra separator and extra space as part of the values - which is AFAIK compliant to the standard.
