#79 [PATCH] added emacs binding to "Find assignments to this symbol"

I'm attaching a patch to add the new find-assignments functionality to xcscope.el

I'm doing this as a bug report instead of a patch ticket because there doesn't seem to be a way to add new patch tickets in sourceforge.
