Summary: getting an error while building cscope on windows using cygw

Initial Comment:
Hi,

 I have installed cygwin and couple of packets on 
Windows XP. And I am building cscope in this
machine to integrate with vim.
configure script when through fine. While doing a make,
I get the errro when make enters the "src" directory.

It says:

/bin/sh ../ylwrap `test -f` fscanner.1' || 
echo './'`fscanner.1..c fscanner.c -- :
make[2]: *** [fscanner.c] Error 1

any idea the reason for this problem. Has it anything
to do with me not having installed the necessary
package.
