Bugs item #491864, was opened at 2001-12-11 17:55 You can respond by visiting: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=104664&aid=491864&group_id=4664 Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Jim Marselle (marselle) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Can't link cscope on HP-UX. Initial Comment: I was able to force configure to not see gcc by renaming gcc. Make compiled all the sources but gets a link error. It was getting more, but I hand-edited the Makefile to add the -L/usr/lib -lHcurses, but still can't resolve addstr and winch. Help! The crucial trick is to invoke configure like this: CFLAGS='-Ae -DYYCHAR_ARRAY' CURSES_LIBS=-lHcurses ./configure (in one long line, assuming a Bourne-style shell). If this still doesn't work, we'ld need the exact version of your HP-UX, so the instructions can be specialised a bit. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=104664&aid=491864&group_id=4664 |
