I'm trying to install this on my WindowsXP PC under
Cygwin. I have flex and bison. ran the following:
./configure --with-flex
make
eventually see:
build.c:51:20: curses.h: No such file or directory
More info below:
>>>> I can be reached at mgallucc@cisco.com <<<<
Which is true (/usr/include has no curses.h in any
subdirectory).

Your conclusion that curses.h is not present on cygwin is
mistaken --- you just didn't install the package that
contains it. You need ncurses to build cscope.
