#36 Max file size for a pair

I think it would be great to be able to configure a maximum file size when creating a pair. So that only files below that limit get to the encrypted folder. That would be useful for those people who have a limited cloud drive space and folders with all kinds of file sizes to sync.
Of course that means sync can only go one way with such pairs.

Another great enhancement would be the ability to exclude subfolders but it's already in another feature request.
