While synchronizing a fairly large folder, CryptSync crashed about 1/2 way through processing the files. This was the first time the folder was synchronized so it would have had to process every file. The log file does not show any unusual messages, just the statements of each file being evaluated.
Please see attached photos.
One of the pictures shows the call stack at the time of the crash. Perhaps it will help in determining why it failed.
One picture shows the size of the source and destination folders along with their file counts.
Thanks.
Further to this problem, when restarting CryptSync and asking it to synchronize the folder again, it gets about 1/2 way through then freezes on one file. It has remained on this file for several hours.
From what I can tell, there is nothing unusual about the file. It is a text file around 500 bytes and can easily be read with a text editor.
See the attached screen shots. One shows CryptSync stuck on the file. One shows the file properties. One shows the task manager.
In task manager, CryptSync appears to have two 7-zip consoles open, though one periodically dissapears then reappears over the course of several seconds. CryptSync appears to be consuming CPU time which ranges from about 1% to 9%.
