#145 too long pathnames

Hi,
thanks for your work.
I've a couple of questions about the issue with too long pathnames when you encrypt filenames.
1)If an encrypted filename exceeds tha maximum Windows path length, is there a warning? I mean, if it happens, how can I realize it?
2) Is there a possible workaround?

I have this issue with OneDrive, the file can't be uploaded to cloud.
