#143 Add feature to split archive files during sync

Hi,
I have a huge file which even after archiving cannot be synced to the cloud storage.
Would be nice to have a feature to be able to split large files during archiving.
Let's say we have original and compressed folders with files:
Original Compressed

---

HugeFile.bin (10Gb) HugeFile.cryptsync1 (500Mb)
HugeFile.cryptsync2 (500Mb)
HugeFile.cryptsync3 (345Mb)
So in case if the option is enabled in UI and target file is larger than specified maximum value (500Mb) then 7zip is started with the option to split archive.
It should work same way back - so if there are several archives in compressed folder, they should be unzipped just once in one original file.
