Currently every instance of CryptSync has to be configured with the same set of files to exclude. (And for some reason I suspect (and may well be wrong) that a version update may have lost the excluded files list?
If there could be a CryptSync settings file stored in the encrypted repository it would save having to duplicate the list locally in the settings for every instance.
