#112 Quickly deleted files are re-added during sync

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CS and Dropbox is installed on 2 PCs, CS is running in background on both PCs (I did not try it with one PC)
2. Create file Test.txt and wait for synchronizing
3. Make a copy of this file (Test - Kopie.txt)
4. Delete Test - Kopie.txt within 10s after you see the the crypted file in the destination folder (Dropbox folder)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file is deleted on the second PC. Instead the file is re-created in the destination folder of the first PC.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CS 1.2.0, Win 8.1 x64

Maybe CS has not updated the file list from source folder?

Also see issue 98. Maybe it is the same but CS is running in background!
